The whole house, room by room.
This is what a standard clean covers. Anything on top of it, like inside the oven, inside the fridge, windows, baseboards or laundry, just ask and we'll include it.

How often
Most clients settle into every two weeks.

The house never gets far enough behind to need a big reset. Same day, same time, on the calendar.
Busy family homes usually go weekly. Quiet households and couples often do fine once a month.
For homes that haven't been cleaned in a while, or before we begin regular service. Takes longer, costs more, happens once.
Empty house, top to bottom: inside cabinets, inside appliances, closets. Also good before guests or after a party.

Questions
The things people ask before the first visit.
How do I get a price?
Send us your town, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, how often you'd like us, and roughly when the house was last cleaned. That's usually enough for us to come back the same day with a real number, and it's the number you'll pay. Every home is different, so we'd rather price yours properly than hand you a chart.
Do I need to be home?
Not really. It helps if you're around the first time so we can go over what matters most to you, but after that most clients leave a key or a door code and come home to a clean house. Whatever you choose, we lock up the same way we found it.
Do you clean in my town?
Probably. We're in Worcester and the towns around it most weeks, and in northeast Connecticut regularly. If you're a bit further out, ask anyway. When the drive makes sense, we come.
Do you bring cleaning supplies?
Yes, everything: products, cloths, vacuum. If you have sensitivities, pets, stone counters or products you'd rather we use, leave them out and we'll use yours instead.
What about pets?
Dogs and cats are no problem. Just tell us their names and whether they should stay in a room while we work.
How do I pay?
Cash, check, Zelle or Venmo, after the clean. Nothing upfront and no card on file.
Am I locked into anything?
No. There's no contract and no cancellation fee. If something comes up, let us know a day ahead and we'll move your visit.
What if something isn't done right?
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and redo it. That's the whole policy.
